This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the location right across from the Malacon. We had a fantastic view of the Carnival Parade from our room, which was spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to detail. The basic amenities were all there, and the breakfast was delicious.
The only slight downside was that during our stay, there was some noise disturbance from other guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a beach lover like me. It was right in front of the ocean, offering stunning views. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Despite some negative reviews, I found the staff to be helpful and welcoming. I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, but the hotel had a cool underground passage to the beach, which was a unique and enjoyable feature.
One downside of the hotel was the outdated elevator, which didn't work properly.

Great location! The hotel was situated right in the heart of the action, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus for us, as we could easily walk to the shoreline and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Additionally, the hotel had a cool underground passage that led directly to the beach, making beach access incredibly convenient.
The hotel could benefit from some updates. The floors and elevator seemed outdated and in need of maintenance.

Two complementary facts and key location
During our new year stay at a hotel closer to old Mazatlan, we were pleased to receive two complementary snacks upon arrival and a bottle of water in our room. The hotel's location was great, right on the Malecon, with easy access to local shops and restaurants.
The room did not have a refrigerator or coffee maker, and we had to ask for extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was no hot water for showers.
